SFA interiors is a woodworking shop specializing in high-end, custom architectural woodworking and fine furniture. We provide services to customers in New York City and the Metropolitan area as well as to distinguished customers in Hawaii, Brazil, Switzerland and other exotic locales for over than 20 years. SFA interiors works exclusively with Architects and General Contractors, and while residential projects provide the bulk of our work, we do have a wide spectrum of experience in commercial woodworking applications.

SFA interiors is a full service company providing everything needed at each step of a project. Estimates, shop drawings, superior craftsmanship, coordination with general contractor, field dimensions, custom finishing, delivery, and installation are all services that are readily available.

SFA interiors distinguishes itself from other woodworking shops in our production capabilities with regard to exotic custom laid veneers. We can provide the very highest quality available and do it in a time frame and with a consistency that other shops can not. The wide scope of architectural design possibilities SFA can fabricate is further enhanced by our investment in CNC technology. Our 3 axis mill allows us to efficiently and accurately create 3 dimensional surfaces or complex curves.

SFA interiors offers a wide range of finishing options. Wire brushing, pickling, cerusing, and hand rubbed oil finishes are available in addition to satin or glossy sprayed lacquer finishes. We are willing to work with creative architects to develop or experiment with new, esoteric finishes which compliment their designs.
